The idea
Surfline tells you where. Airbnb tells you where to stay. Wanderlog tells you who's coming. surfwme is all three, for surf trips, in one tap.
I'm a surfer who kept losing trips to logistics. The swell would line up, but figuring out where it was actually good, finding a town I could afford, getting friends to commit, and booking flights and a stay before the window closed. That was four apps, a group chat, a spreadsheet, and usually a trip that never happened.
surfwme is the tool I wanted to exist. It pulls swell intelligence, cheap-town discovery, group trip-planning, and one-tap booking into one flow built around the moment a trip actually starts: a swell is coming, and you want to go with your friends.

Anchor Point is meant to wake up in March, so we are chasing the early light. Cheap dorm beds at Surf Berbere, tagine every night, two surfs a day and a shuttle to whatever point is firing. Come for the dawn patrol, stay for the rooftop sunsets. All levels, mellow crew, one van.

Peak season on the Reserve. Coxos and Ribeira d'Ilhas can both turn on in the same swell window, and the town is quiet and cheap in January. Bring a wetsuit and a step-up. We base out of the surf house in town and check three breaks a morning until one lines up.

This one is for the chargers. Zicatela in August on a long-period south is the Mexican Pipeline at full volume, and La Punta is right there for the days you want to keep your dignity. Step-ups only for the beach, longboards for the point. We rent a place near La Punta and read the buoys every morning.
